Our Wealth Generation team is expanding, and we are seeking a capable, motivated Wealth Administrator to join us.
Cole Murray assists clients on life’s financial journey providing advice on investments, financial planning, retirement planning, KiwiSaver, mortgage broking and insurances (including life, personal, domestic and business). We are a growing team which values collaboration and putting clients first and we welcome people with integrity, drive and knowledge.
Our Wealth Generation business is firmly anchored with sound experience in the financial markets. We have built a strong reputation in this area based on proven investment strategies. As a non-aligned operation, we have access to a range of investment strategies and providers to ensure our advice is always in the best interests of our clients.
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Wealth Administrator to work within the Wealth Generation area of our business. This role involves executive assistant responsibilities as well as providing operational support to our Investment Advisers. Previous financial sector experience will be highly advantageous, together with an understanding of industry regulation and terminology, including AML/CFT requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft and Client Relationship Management systems is also required.
Wealth Generation is a growing area of our business and the ideal candidate will be highly organised with plenty of initiative. Requiring a flexible, positive attitude and the ability to manage workload autonomously, this is a role where attention to detail is essential, and a commitment to providing the best client service is paramount.
