New Cole Murray office opens on Gordon Street, with Stacey Crispin here to “support the people of Dannevirke with home ownership.”
Cole Murray Financial Services has recently laid solid foundations in the Tararua District, with Mortgage & Insurance Adviser Stacey Crispin opening an office in Gordon Street.
In a town where banking branch hours have been on the decline, Stacey Crispin and Cole Murray are excited to be supporting the town with a bricks and mortar mortgage hub.
“We wanted somewhere Dannevirke people could come during business hours to get their mortgage sorted” explains Jeremy Cole, Director of Cole Murray, which remains headquartered in Hastings.
“We’re delighted that Stacey can provide that connection and support here on an everyday basis.”
The company identifies that mortgage customers have had some big challenges in recent times, with rising house prices and banks tightening lending criteria. “It’s times like these that people really need someone in their corner” says Crispin.
“Our challenge is to help them understand what a mortgage adviser does for them, the support we can give them to make that difference.”
Stacey’s experience after 10 years in lending with Westpac in CHB provides her the insider knowledge needed when pitching a mortgage proposal to the banks.
“It makes a huge difference when you know how to pull all the paperwork together and have the connections to find the best mortgage available for your situation. This is a big part of what I do.”
“Plus, a mortgage adviser’s service is free to the customer, as we are remunerated by the banks. So, in my mind if it costs nothing to get that extra helping hand, why wouldn’t you?”
Stacey’s service also extends to people with existing mortgages looking to refix their interest rates or refinance, and insurance advice.
Bookings with her are essential.
